Funny, this is the Ferrari Guy, he would rent out his Ferrari for $300 until it broke down and he couldn't afford the repairs. He used to drive around without a shirt during the summer. Google Ferrari Guy Chicago and you will find a ton of pics of him posing with his Ferrari.
