Is this really a Skyline R34? And what's that for a symbol on the hood? Is it a tuned car? Cause on the side under the door stands "GT".

Those logo's are standard :)
It's a Skyline GT-T, so that explains the GT-logo at the side.
The 'S'-logo is a Skyline logo.
