@JosefSK in order to upload the spot you have to enter the license plate regardless. if the car would be spotted there would be no "first time spotted" star

@JosefSK just as BerlinRichStreets said, you still have to enter the license plate and you have to send a Pic with the visible plate to the admins, so they can check that you enter the correct plate. It is like that since the beginning of AG more than 15 years ago. Nothing new...

Ok thanks for explaining all...:) however to me it loses the attraction on this server, not to know even where the car is coming from etc.
