I think this is not a SL 65 AMG Black Series, it is a replica. The real Black Series doesn't have a convertible version and this is a convertible car. Besides the rear spoiler is not static like this car, the Black Series doesn't have that kind of rims and the plate is from 2004, the SL Black Series first appeared in 2008. I don't know what SL could be.
